Joan was my eldest sister, and I was very proud of her training to become a nurse at 18 yrs old. I was only 9 yrs old at the time. Joan worked in Canada and was very kind to all of us at home and sent us lovley pressents. I still remeber the doll she had given to me for christmas. Joan was so kind and caring to all of us, her family. Forever in my memory and heart, love Lilian xx
