Mum was born in Cwmfelinfach in Wales. She married Stewart in 1964 and was widowed in 2012. She worked as a nurse and midwife in Newport, Sussex, Canada and Stroud. She was very dedicated to her job and was well liked and respected. She loved her work especially meeting all of the new babies.

Mum taught us many valuable life lessons for which we will always be grateful. She gave us an idyllic childhood. She could be strict but had a smile which reassured us and loved us unconditionally. 

She adored being a grandmother and was very proud of Frankie, Ollie and Alfie.

We are very proud too to say that you were our mother, our inspiration and our friend.
